Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 4, 2026

This policy explains what data the Zihin5 mobile app ("the App"), developed by MEGAH Games, processes and why. It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

In short: The App has no accounts; we never ask for your name, email or phone number. Your game results stay on your phone. The free version shows ads; our ad partner Google uses your advertising ID subject to your consent.

2. Data that stays on your phone

Your game results, streak, badges, statistics and settings are stored only on your phone and are not sent to our servers. Deleting the App deletes this data. Daily reminder notifications are scheduled on your phone.

3. Downloading the daily set

Once a day the App requests the day's game set from our content server. The request only contains your time zone offset (e.g. +180 minutes) so that the day changes at your midnight. The server runs on Cloudflare, which may briefly process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the connection and prevent abuse. We do not build a profile that identifies you.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version shows Google AdMob ads. Google processes your device's advertising ID, IP address and device and app information to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud. In the EEA and the UK you are asked for consent to personalized ads when the App starts; you can change your choice under Settings → "Ad privacy choices". You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone settings. Details: How Google uses data from partner sites.

Premium members see no ads.

5. Premium purchases

Purchases are handled by Google Play (App Store on iOS); we never see your card details. We use RevenueCat to verify your subscription status. RevenueCat receives a random user identifier generated by the App and the purchase record (product, date, status) — not your name or email.

6. Crash reports and usage statistics

To improve the App we may use Google Firebase (Crashlytics and Analytics). This covers crash logs, device model, operating system and app version, and non-identifying events about which screens and games are used.

7. International transfers

The servers of Google, Cloudflare and RevenueCat may be located outside your country (e.g. in the US and the EU). These services are used only for the purposes above and protect data under their own privacy policies.

8. Retention

Data on your phone is kept until you delete the App. Technical logs kept by our service providers are limited to the periods in their own policies.

9. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

10. Your rights

Under the GDPR and KVKK you have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Send requests to the email above. You can remove the data on your phone at any time by deleting the App.

11. Changes

When we update this policy we change the effective date above and announce significant changes in the App.
