These terms govern your use of the Zihin5 mobile app ("the App") provided by MEGAH Games. By using the App you agree to these terms.

1. The App

Zihin5 is an entertainment app of short, daily brain games. Scores and the Mind Profile only reflect in-game performance; they are not a measure of intelligence, health or ability and must not be used as such.

2. Free version and ads

The daily games are free. The free version shows ads. Some boosts (e.g. an extra life, a hint, a Streak Shield) can optionally be earned by watching rewarded ads.

3. Zihin5 Premium

Premium is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. The current price is shown in the App and the store before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Google Play (App Store on iOS) account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your store account's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Refunds are subject to the store's refund policy.
Premium content and features may evolve over time.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the App lawfully and for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, modifying or reverse engineering the App or its content, or using it with cheating tools, is prohibited.

5. Intellectual property

The App's name, logo, games, questions, puzzles, graphics and sounds are owned by or licensed to MEGAH Games.

6. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the App.
